Cecelia Ferner-Rosa, 57, beloved wife of Donald Rosa passed away on Wednesday, November 18, 2015 at Yale-New Haven Hospital surrounded by her loving family. Born in New Haven on September, 20, 1958, she was the daughter of the late Elmer Ferner and Concetta Ruotolo. Sissy loved camping, fishing, being at the beach and spending time with her family. She would of done anything for anyone and loved her animals. Sissy had a very close bond with her mother-in-law Janet Rosa. She is survived by her daughters, Jennifer Jandreau and Tina Roger and her husband Tyrone; her son, Donald Jandreau and his wife Aisha Dakota Rosa; four grandchildren, Adreeana, Jermaine, Sydney and Cassidy; two sisters, Maria and Cindy Rosa and her two brothers, Allen Rosa and his wife Debbie and David Rosa and his wife Rosie. She always loved her best friend of over 40 years Donald “Pug” Jandreau Sissy was predeceased by her son Vinny. Friends and relatives are invited to attend a funeral service to be held on Saturday, December 5th at 12 noon at the John J. Ferry & Sons Funeral Home, 88 E. Main St., Meriden, CT 06450.
