Jessica Layne Baigert, 33, passed away on November 7, 2015 peacefully at home. Born in Ventura, CA, she was the daughter of Kimberly Lauletta and David E. Baigert. Jessica lived in Old Saybrook with the love of her life Aaron Giugno. She earned a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and was employed with Specialty Lighting as a Project Specialist. Her interests included cooking, gardening, traveling, a love of horses and riding, and spending as much time as possible with her family and friends. Her gift to all who knew her was her incredible thoughtfulness, kindness and love that touched everyone she knew. Besides her parents, Jessica is survived by her grandmother, Patricia Stone of Dunedin, FL; her sister, Brittany Baigert and her brother, David Baigert both of Plainville, CT. She is also survived by four very special aunts; Chrissy, Cathy, Mary, Pam and Sue, uncles and cousins. Jessica was predeceased by her grandfather “Ompa”, Nicholas Lauletta and her grandparents, Eugene and Mitzi Baigert. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a funeral service to be held on Thursday, November, 12th at 7 p.m. at the John J. Ferry & Sons Funeral Home, 88 E. Main St., Meriden, CT 06450.
