Francis Scotto

Francis J. Scotto, best known as Frank, died on March 28, 2015 at his home after a long illness. Born in Bronx, New York on November 18, 1941, he was the son of the late, Diaggio and Mary Scotto. He resided in Meriden and attended Meriden Trade School. Mr. Scotto was employed by Talcott Machine Products, retiring in 2004. He was a parishioner of St. Joseph Church. Mr. Scotto is survived by his wife, Mary Scotto; one son, Frankie Scotto; one stepson, John Hedding; one step-grandson, Zach Oleson; a sister-in-law, Ramona Scotto; three nieces, Lynn, Michelle and Donna and one nephew, Mike Scotto. He was predeceased by a brother, Mike Scotto. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial to be held on Tuesday, April 7, 2015 at 10 am at St. Joseph Church, 22 Goodwill Avenue, Meriden. Everyone is asked to meet directly at the church. Burial will be in Sacred heart Cemetery. Friends may call at the John J. Ferry & Sons Funeral Home, 88 East Main Street, Meriden on Monday, April 6, 2015 from 4 to 7 pm. Should friends desire, contributions in his memory may be made to the American Heart Association, 5 Brookside Dr. PO Box 5022, Wallingford, CT 06492.
