Marie Falis, 96, beloved wife of fifty-four years to the late Francis Falis, passed away on February 10, 2015 at Miller Memorial Community. Born in Trenton, NJ on March 28, 1918, she was the daughter of the late Bruno and Anna Fritz. Marie loved the Sunday New York Times crossword puzzle. She also enjoyed golfing with her daughter and friends and was an avid reader. She was a caring and thoughtful mother and a wonderful cook. We will miss her. Marie leaves behind a daughter Barbara Munson, a son-in-law Craig Munson and a grandson Stephen Munson, all from FL; a sister, Anne Hackbarth of Newport Ritchie FL, who thought of Marie as a mother; a grandson Brandon Munson and his wife Celi Munson of Glastonbury, who took loving care of her when needed and their daughter Emma, who was the apple of Marie’s eye. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews that visited her often. Besides her beloved husband, she was predeceased by her daughter, Andrea Marie Falis. The Munson family is thankful for the loving and compassionate staff of Miller Memorial Community, who made her feel at home and loved.
