Mary Margaret (Malone) Dupuis, 90, of Southington, wife of the late Jean B. Dupuis, died peacefully on Saturday, December 27, 2014, surrounded by her family. She was born August 7, 1924, in Dow City, Iowa, the daughter of Erace and Edith (Mathies) Malone. She moved to Southington with her husband in 1950. She was a proud member of the American Gold Star Mothers. She leaves her daughters, Jeanne (William) Cari of Southington, Mary (George) Rhodes of Forestville, Barbara (David) Morse of Plainville, Cherie (John) Hayes of Southington; and Kim (Vincent) Zacchia of Lakeland, Florida; sons, Michael (Barbara) of Southington, Mark (Catherine Sarault) of Meriden, and Gregory (Colleen) Dupuis of Pembroke Pines, Florida; grandchildren Timothy, Michael, Nicole, Darrell, James, Mairin, Mia, Christopher, Rachel, Tommaso and Isabella; son-in-law Michael Brown of Dallas, Texas; several great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews. In addition her to husband, she was predeceased by a son, Lance Cpl. Clement A. Dupuis, USMC, a daughter, Aline Brown, her grandson, Brian, and her brothers, Jack, George and Michael. The funeral will be held on Wednesday, Dec. 31st at 10:30 am from the John J. Ferry & Sons Funeral Home, 88 East Main St., Meriden and at 11:00 am at St. Joseph Church for a Mass of Christian Burial. Burial will be in State Veterans Cemetery, Middletown. Calling hours will be at the funeral home on Wednesday morning prior to the Mass from 9:00 to 10:30 am. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to a charity of the donor’s choice
