Olga Pavlick, 88, wife of the late Edward A. Pavlick, died on Friday, December 26, 2014 at Midstate Medical Center after a lengthy illness. Born in Meriden on May 15, 1926, she was the daughter of the late Steven and Serafina Peruta. She was a lifelong Meriden resident and had attended local schools. Mrs. Pavlick was employed as a chef at Choate Rosemary Hall in Wallingford. She was a member of the First Assembly of God in Meriden. She is survived by one son, Dennis Pavlick and his wife Joyce of Meriden; one granddaughter, Rebekah; two brothers, Peter and Daniel Peruta and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by two brothers, Frederick Sr. and John Peruta and one sister, Anna Perlroth. The funeral will be held on Monday, December 29, 2014 at 11 am at the Sacred Heart Cemetery Chapel. Friends may call at the John J. Ferry & Sons Funeral Home, 88 East Main Street, Meriden on Sunday, December 28, 2014 from 5 to 7 pm.
